purchase order value.
Performance Bond: The
Seller will issue a performance bond based on 2% of the value
of one-month delivery for contract delivery. The Performance
Bond will be issued based on INCOTERM ICC **0 after the
Sellers Bank received the irrevocable, divisible, one
time transferable Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) /or
RDLC.
